What is CrossFit?
We believe in training for life to support whatever it is you do. Whether you are into sports want to look great, recover from an injury or just love to work out, CrossFit is for you.
Our programs are designed to meet your needs and apply to all individuals regardless of age or fitness level; we accomplish this by varying the amount of weight and intensity of the workout specifically for you. We emphasize functional movements with correct technique. We utilize bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, gymnastics and a huge variety of different programs to get you results. The atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie making CrossFit very unique.
CrossFit is about you and your health and the coaches and team at CrossFit TRG are there to help you reach your fitness goals.
