CrossFit & Creche
This is our normal CrossFit class which is for everyone. All are welcome even if you don’t have children. This service is free for members who wish to have child minding and get a WOD in too!! We have a room dedicated to the crèche with qualified friendly staff who will look after your child while you train.
Olympic lifts, as they’re called, have no equal for developing speed, flexibility, and coordinated, total-body strength and muscle. Also, Olympic lifters, on average, have the highest vertical leaps of all athletes. Every single muscle in your body will be worked to lift more weight than you’ve ever lifted, in a much quicker fashion. Also, because you’re doing all of these exercises with such speed, you’re recruiting every Fast-Twitch muscle fiber, which has the greatest capacity for increased size and strength. We have a professional Olympic lifting coach who will perfect your technique every session.
Gymnastics is a graceful and artistic sport requiring a combination of strength, suppleness, and muscle coordination. It is increasingly popular at the recreational level and is particularly good as flexibility training. We use gymnastics within CrossFit workouts and combine varied skills in our workouts to develop your ability to become fitter, faster and stronger. Our Gymnastics session will focus on developing skills to benefit any person with any goal.
