Do it alone or bring a friend along to your 60-minute FREE intro class that explains the CrossFit training and evaluates your current level of fitness. You get to do a free workout too.
Our elements program will give you a rock solid foundation of good technique and our training systems. We have a strong focus and emphasis on technique to ensure you can train safely. The elements program is capped at 5 people to ensure you get quality coaching.
First time to CrossFit? Need help getting started?
Come down and take advantage of our complimentary free session and see for yourself what we do at CrossFit TRG. After you see how much CrossFit is for you, we can get you started on your own individual program, suited to specifically for you.
If you are new to CrossFit we will start your journey with the Elements Program to create a rock solid platform to have confidence in your training. Beginners will attend 4 Element classes to learn how to be a CrossFitter and how to pick your weights for classes. You will learn basic movements which you will find applies to main classes. Once you have completed your Element classes you will be ready to jump into the main classes and experience training like never before.
If you are an experienced CrossFitter, you will be able to jump straight into our main classes and you will also find a unique CrossFit experience at CrossFit TRG.
